 We are currently looking for a SALES COORDINATOR, based in Sydney starting as soon as possible.

The role:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will have hands on involvement in the recruitment, screening and coaching of our potential au pairs. You will also have responsibility for ensuring that sales goals are met.  The role calls for someone who displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales driven, is a great leader and has excellent communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking ownership of sales in your region to reach sales targets
  • Driving sales on the phone through high quality consultative calls
  • Screening applications
  • Coaching candidates through the application process in a timely manner
  • Visiting fairs and universities
  • Providing excellent customer service

The successful candidate:

  • Is a university graduate, and is fluent in English
  • Has a passion for sales and has excellent communication and presentation skills both on the phone and in person
  • Has creative sales ideas but also displays a strong attention to detail whilst performing daily administrative duties
  • Is self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision
  • Has a charismatic personality, able to work in a team and displays strong leadership skills

Daily routines include, among other things: Sales activities, incoming calls, telesales, screening of candidates, visiting info centers and schools. You are a strong communicator who loves to present in front of an audience.

You will also have responsibility for growing the Country market and ensuring that sales goals are met. The role calls for someone who displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales driven and has excellent communication skills.

Role

As a Sales Coordinator, You will have hands-on involvement in the recruitment, screening and coaching of our potential au pairs. The position requires you to be goal-driven with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You should be self-motivated with a strong ability to organize and structure your tasks, knowing what to prioritize and when to be able to drive the recruitment process.

Your role is to inspire, motivate, screen and coach potential candidates for our au pair program so you must understand the fine balance between sales efficiency and first class customer service. You must be a good listener and relationship builder to understand the true needs and motivators of your customers, and to set up them up for success.

Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Country Product Manager to lead the Czech team out of our Prague office. We are looking for an ambitious, organized and results-driven professional who will be responsible for recruiting Czech Au Pairs for the Cultural Care program.

The  roleAs a Country Product Manager you will manage the Czech team like your own small business; you are involved in all facets of its success, including but not limited to strategy development, sales and marketing, goal setting, staff management, budgeting, and collateral production.  You will lead the Czech team to recruit from start to finish prospective au pairs who want to travel to the United States.  This is a true hands-on management opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with a drive for sales, business development, and staff management.

We are now looking for an intern to work in our French Sales Office for a minimum of 6 months, preferably longer.

Responsibilities:

As an intern you will be responsible for different facets of recruiting and preparing 18-26 year olds to travel to the USA as au pairs:

About the role:

The Placement Manager role is super dynamic, working with host families during that special window of time between when they register for our program and when they select their au pair. You will listen to their (sometimes short, sometimes long) list of criteria, and guide them through this very important decision, which will directly affect their lives over the next year or more. You will talk to parents every day about their families, their schedules, their personalities, and their hopes for an amazing cultural exchange experience. If you can connect with people quickly, as well as follow up with a sense of urgency and desire to help, you will be great at this job. We guarantee lots of interesting stories!

 

This is a truly unique and diverse role in which your aptitude for active listening, problem-solving, keeping details straight and hitting weekly goals are all equally important. Your consultative approach and “soft” sales expertise will come in handy. You will be responsible for hitting goals within a defined region. Some nitty gritty:

This job requires some Saturday work (4-6 times/year) and our team does have a peak season where, to hit your targets, you will find that extra hours may be necessary. After 1 year, you will be invited to travel to an international Cultural Care office. Sometimes we celebrate hitting goals and honoring overseas visitors with evening dinners and events. We also have opportunities to dress up like superheroes and 90’s Rockstars, and attend Disco-themed parties. If you have a problem with this, you should think twice before applying. Use your superior communication skills and timely responsiveness in this highly visible position within our company. Working mostly through phone and email communication, you serve as the primary resource of information and problem solving for our host families, au pairs, contractors and colleagues. While fielding a decent amount of phone calls daily, you are able to maintain a positive attitude and make every customer feel like your top priority. With every inquiry, whether a host parent, au pair or contractor, you proactively add value to the overall customer experience, by being thorough and anticipating future needs. You will work directly with our vast and experienced team of Local Childcare Consultants (LCCs). Host families also look to Program Specialists as a trusted resource for any program or finance questions throughout the year. You can explain policies and procedures in a clear, helpful way and are not afraid to remind families of payment deadlines in a professional manner.

 

This role gives insight into every aspect of our organization, setting up the right candidate for growth opportunities. This position is also exciting to those who have a strong appreciation for other cultures and languages, because you’ll have direct contact with many of our au pairs.

 

A day in the life…

 

  • Kindly and effectively answer questions and resolve customer needs over the phone and email
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance customer experience
  • Engage in team-oriented activities: sharing ideas, giving feedback, and training new hires
  • Prioritize customer needs and set realistic expectations
  • Review documents to make sure we remain in 100% compliance with the US department of State
  • Call and email host families to remind them of program fees, due dates, credits and discounts
  • Responsible for the overall Accounts Receivable aspect of your region

At Cultural Care Au Pair, we help families across the country secure childcare that provides flexibility, trust and cultural exchange. Your role as the on-the-ground face of our company is the most important aspect of a remarkable program experience for both host families and au pairs. 

Specifically, your role will be:

- Supporting host families and au pairs throughout the course of the program year

- Screening and interviewing host families

- Overseeing compliance with Department of State Regulations

- Promoting the program through connections in your local community

Local Childcare Consultants represent Cultural Care Au Pair in communities all across the country. Over the course of a program year, you'll build rapport and develop relationships with au pairs and host families, ensuring they have all the support and guidance needed for a successful experience.

Joining our team of Local Childcare Consultants is a fantastic and flexible role for someone who enjoys taking a proactive and collaborative approach to their work, connects quickly with others, can think on his/her feet, and has a true passion for cultural exchange. You'll join a team of charismatic and dedicated childcare professionals, and benefit from all the resources and support you need to make each match between a family and their au pair into a success story.

A successful Local Childcare Consultant . . .

Responsibilities include:

- Contact new au pairs within 48 hours of their arrival and conduct an in-home orientation within 2 weeks

- Host monthly au pair meetings

- Contact host families monthly

- Hold 2 Host Family Day Conferences each year

- Field questions and inquiries in your region

- Conduct mediations during the initial adjustment period and as needed

- Ensure that we recruit quality families with reasonable program expectations

- Conduct a host family interview

- Verify host family references

- Enforce U.S. Department of State regulations

- Provide monthly documentation of host family and au pair contact and support

- Initiate grassroots marketing efforts

- Generate "word of mouth" referrals

- Network through local events

- Follow up with leads and opportunities about the program

There are a lot of benefits beyond dress code that a work from home role brings. You know, daily homemade lunches, no commuting road-rage. And you can be home for that 4 hour window that the cable company gives you. Having said that, our field-based positions are full-time 9-5:30 jobs (or longer depending on your workload that day) where the phones will be ringing and Skype will be jumping. Home based?  Yes. Flex-time? Not so much. Still, the dress code is easy and the coffee is as good as you make it.
