Located on the Charles river and overlooking the Museum of Science, our Cambridge office is home to most of our U.S. office-based staff. With 360-degree views of the city, the focal point of our new multi-campus U.S. headquarters is an iconic glass-paned structure featuring a steel and glass-cut waterfall cascading down the front of the building. We build global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.     The role  The Marketing Co-op will support the team in contributing to social media campaign ideation and creation creating, permissioning and organizing content, assist with customer contests and takeover program and help with other marketing projects as needed.    If you are super organized, have an eye for detail and design, love social media and enjoy juggling a variety of different tasks and projects to meet deadlines, this could be the role for you.    Your responsibilities will include: Content Creation + Management:  
  • Participate in campaign ideation and creation targeted at young people in 25+ markets worldwide
  •  Identify and permission great UGC content on social media
  • Review content submitted through online customer contests and organize as needed
  • Catalog and organize existing photo and video library   
  • Assist with social media takeover program
About you 
  • You are an enthusiastic team player and love to collaborate on projects with peers and team leaders. At the same time, you can work independently toward a clear set of goals.
  • You are extremely organized and adept at learning and using digital tools to get projects completed. You have experience with or an aptitude for learning video editing apps like CapCut and project management systems like Asana or Trello.
  • You love social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • You enjoy writing and you’re a strong written and verbal communicator.
  • You strongly believe that cultural exchange makes the world a better place.

Working mostly through phone and email communication, you serve as the primary resource of information and problem solving for our host families, au pairs, Local Childcare Consultants (LCCs) and colleagues. You will work directly with our experienced team of LCCs to ensure our program remains compliant with the regulations set forth by the Department of State and ensure our host families uphold their financial responsibilities of the program. With every inquiry, you proactively add value to the overall customer experience by remaining positive and thorough, taking ownership of resolution and anticipating their future needs.   This role gives insight into every aspect of our organization, setting up the right candidate for future growth opportunities within Cultural Care and greater EF.   Who we’re looking for:  
  • A strong communicator: effectively communicate with customers and colleagues on a regular basis. This includes but is not limited to being able to speak to a family about a past due balance, an au pair who needs help with a missed flight or a colleague regarding Department of State regulations that pertain to our program.

    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Matching Specialist to join our team based out of our Denver, CO office. As a Matching Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding host families through the process of browsing, interviewing, matching and welcoming a suitable au pair. Reporting to the Director of Placement & Sales, you will be the primary point of contact for our host families, engaging with them via phone, email, and chat to ensure a smooth and memorable experience.

    Responsibilities:  
    • Engage with host families through phone, email, and chat daily, delving into their unique family dynamics, schedules, personalities, and aspirations for a successful cultural exchange experience.
    • Demonstrate consultative sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our program and its value.
    • Initiate proactive introduction phone calls with host families, making a positive and lasting first impression.
    • Establish strong and meaningful connections with customers, responding promptly and with a sense of urgency to their inquiries and requests. Ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
    • Overcome challenges and concerns by providing expert guidance and support throughout the host family’s journey from registration to au pair arrival.
    • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual matching goals, leveraging your time efficiently to manage the host families in your pipeline and cater to their individual needs.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and our independent contractor team of Local Childcare Consults to enhance the overall customer experience.

    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Matching Specialist based out of our Austin, TX office to join our team. As a Matching Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding host families through the process of browsing, interviewing, matching and welcoming a suitable au pair. Reporting to the Director of Placement & Sales, you will be the primary point of contact for our host families, engaging with them via phone, email, and chat to ensure a smooth and memorable experience.

    Responsibilities: 
    • Engage with host families through phone, email, and chat daily, delving into their unique family dynamics, schedules, personalities, and aspirations for a successful cultural exchange experience.
    • Demonstrate consultative sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our program and its value.
    • Initiate proactive introduction phone calls with host families, making a positive and lasting first impression.
    • Establish strong and meaningful connections with customers, responding promptly and with a sense of urgency to their inquiries and requests. Ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
    • Overcome challenges and concerns by providing expert guidance and support throughout the host family’s journey from registration to au pair arrival.
    • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual matching goals, leveraging your time efficiently to manage the host families in your pipeline and cater to their individual needs.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and our independent contractor team of Local Childcare Consults to enhance the overall customer experience.
