Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a sales-driven and goal-oriented Senior Regional Manager to join the Cultural Care Au Pair sales team in Paris.

The role As a Senior Regional Manager you are the main point of contact for au-pairs from the moment they enquire about our program until they have completed their au-pair application. You will also be supervising the current Paris team, assuring that everyday challenges are met. This is a true hands-on opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with excellent skills in sales and a steady experience in team management. The position requires you to be self-motivated with a strong ability to organize and structure your tasks, knowing what to prioritize and when. Daily routines include, among other things: Sales activities, incoming calls, telesales, screening of candidates, visiting info centers and schools. You are a strong communicator who loves to present in front of an audience.

Key responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of sales in your region to ensure that sales targets are met
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of Meeting Leaders

Cultural Care Au Pair (a division of EF Education First) is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Acquisition Specialist to join our energetic in-house marketing team. As an integral part of this truly global team you’ll be based in our Lucerne headquarters, but interface regularly with our 20+ international sales offices, as well as working closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure that our worldwide strategy is implemented and executed flawlessly at a local market level. This is a hands-dirty, hands-on role that requires a “get it done” and “make it happen” attitude. A role that requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple marketing channels, feeling at ease when implementing a variety of initiatives through a complex structure. Sound like you?   • You will manage digital campaigns for Cultural Care Au Pair’s recruitment channel strategy including Paid Search, Facebook Ads, Display, Retargeting and Content Marketing.
  • Manage campaigns based on budgets and target goals for each market.
  • Build on and expand relevant paid search keyword lists, develop and test effective keyword ad copy
  • Continuously optimize Facebook audience targeting, ad copy and creative.
  • Communicate performance and testing insights to the team and management.
  • Stay up to date with customer acquisition best practices, with a persistent eye on new channels and competitor techniques.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of customer acquisition experience (primarily B2C).
  • Experience with Adwords, Facebook Ads, Retargeting, Display and Content Marketing (expert knowledge in at least one of these channels)
  • Excellent conversion analytics skills (you LOVE data); experience A/B testing landing pages and creatives.
  • You are advanced with Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
  • You have a passion for performance online marketing, and are constantly seeking out how to unlock new channels.
  • You find it easy to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization.
  • Experience working in Marketo or similar automation software a plus.
