Cultural Care Au Pair is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Prague.  You will be responsible for recruiting au pairs for the Cultural Care program. You will also have responsibility for growing the Czech Republic market and ensuring that sales goals are met. The role calls for someone who displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales driven and has excellent communication skills.

The role

 

As Sales Coordinator, you will have hands-on involvement in the recruitment, screening and coaching of our potential au pairs. The position requires you to be goal-driven with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You should be self-motivated with a strong ability to organize and structure your tasks, knowing what to prioritize and when to be able to drive the recruitment process.

Your role is to inspire, motivate, screen and coach potential candidates for our au pair program so you must understand the fine balance between sales efficiency and first class customer service. You must be a good listener and relationship builder to understand the true needs and motivators of your customers, and to set up them up for success.

 Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership of sales in your region to reach sales targets
  • Driving sales on the telephone through high quality consultative calls
  • Daily administrative tasks and screening applications
  • Coaching candidates through the application process in a timely manner
  • Achieving excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries

Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Country Product Manager to lead our Danish sales team out of our Copenhagen office. We are looking for an ambitious, organized and results-driven professional who will be responsible for recruiting au pairs for the Cultural Care program.

The role

Lead our Danish sales team of 2 people as a Country Product Manager. Your time will be spent mainly on two things; Team and Sales. But also a great deal on marketing, customer service, planning (and spending) a budget, and everything else. Because things change at EF. Not one day will be the same as yesterday. In the Regional Sales Manager role, you will be responsible for developing new business in an assigned territory, ensuring high levels of retention through top-notch customer service, and building strong district-level relationships. This will be achieved through focusing heavily on field meetings, high-volume phone sales and aggressive self-lead generation. You will work closely with schools, job centers, fairs and other local institutions to create and expand brand awareness to promote the au pair program.

   Responsibilities:

  • Drive new sales through working with local schools and businesses
  • Plan, organize, and execute promotional events
  • Develop and implement long term sales strategy through market research and mapping out competitive terrain, regional needs for brand and program awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

About the role:

The program director team is the largest group of the field-based teams at Cultural Care. They directly manage a team of independent contractors and are fully responsible for the management of the region they cover, with a heavy emphasis on conflict resolution and mediation. It’s like running a small town every day; lots of interesting stories, not for the faint of heart but the wins are way worth celebrating.  Some people say they are making a difference. We truly are. We are looking for a superstar candidate to grow our team. This is a truly unique and diverse role in which your aptitude for active listening, conflict resolution, keeping details straight and executing on a strategy are all equally important. There are even some sales elements in here. You will be responsible for goals and growth within your region. There are many different parts to the role, all of them important, all of them competing for your attention. Sound overwhelming? It can be. Some nitty gritty:

As we mentioned, it’s a work from home role. The expectation there is that you have the space, a computer, hard drive memory & high-speed wired internet connection to work from home.  We do a rotating Saturday schedule and on-call schedule so you can expect to occasionally work on the weekends and evenings during the year.  There are also 2-3 times a year where you will have travel opportunities.

There are a lot of benefits beyond dress code that a work from home role brings. You know, daily homemade lunches, no commuting road-rage. And you can be home for that 4 hour window that the cable company gives you. Having said that, our field-based positions are full-time 9-5:30 jobs (or longer depending on your workload that day) where the phones will be ringing and Skype will be jumping. Home based?  Yes. Flex-time? Not so much. Still, the dress code is easy and the coffee is as good as you make it.

We are looking to expand our US based travel team.  Along with your teammates, you will be responsible for ensuring that thousands of travelers get WHERE they need to be WHEN they need to be there.  You’ll ensure that they do so safely, efficiently, and comfortably.  All the while, you’ll execute upon a tight communications strategy to ensure all stakeholders are kept up-to-date during constantly evolving situations.  If you LOVE solving puzzles, WOWing customers, and learning new things---you’ll have a blast.  There’s always something new to learn and experience,  and you’ll be a critical piece of the engine behind this successful program.
