Get the kids involved with Thanksgiving prep with this fun turkey napkin ring craft!
To make the turkey stencil, draw a figure 8 on some card stock or paper and cut it out. Trace the bottom circle of the figure 8 and cut that out as well.
Use the stencil to cut out the shapes on the felt. Also cut out a strip of the felt that is 2 inches wide and about 7.5 inches long.
Fold the pieces of ribbon in half and glue them in the middle of the single brown felt circle.
The figure 8 piece of felt will be the front of the turkey. Glue the circle to the figure 8 piece and make sure the ribbons are between the pieces.
Glue the ends of the felt strip together.
Glue the ring on the back of the turkey.
Cut out a little triangle for the beak and an S-shape for the wattle. Glue googly eyes, wattle and beak to the front piece. Make one for each guest. Set around the dining table and enjoy your Thanksgiving!
