The Opportunity:
At Cultural Care Au Pair our goal is to be the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world. The Program Manager plays a key role in achieving this goal by focusing on initiatives that will drive quality and growth. The Program Manager will have overall responsibility for all host families and au pair participants in their region; exercising independent judgment and discretion to ensure that the letter and intent of the Department of State regulations are adhered to and providing excellent service and support for both host families and au pairs. You will play a critical role in driving new sales opportunities through your expert advice and guidance on how this program operates in the state of Massachusetts. Additionally, by fostering a strong, engaged community of host families and au pairs you will grow the program through positive brand reputation, with repeat sales opportunities and referrals.

Location: Cambridge, MA
The Customer Support Representative role gives insight into every aspect of our organization, setting up the right candidate for future growth opportunities within Cultural Care and greater EF. You will use your superior communication skills and timely responsiveness in this highly visible position within our company. Working mostly through phone and email communication, you serve as the primary resource of information and problem solving for our host families, au pairs, contractors and colleagues. Based in the Boston office with hybrid flexibility. Our hybrid work model with up to two days of work-from-home per week.

The Marketing Manager based in our Cambridge, MA office is a dynamic and fast paced position which reports into the Director of Marketing. Cultural Care is looking for a teammate who is an organized task-master who thrives working on a variety of projects. The role:
No two days will ever be the same as we strive to achieve our global goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world. Monday might have you working on a concept for a new digital ad campaign. Tuesday you may be elbow deep in excel, pulling customer lists, coordinating communications, and reporting on their effectiveness. Wednesday, you are organizing and structuring content in our Intranet's content management system to ensure that staff and customers are always in the know. Thursday might find you responding to questions from our customers and pricing out some branded swag for an up-coming event. Friday you may be helping to set up and host an in-person event for our customers. Whatever the day brings, you have a direct impact in building global families that change the world.
