Our Austin office is located near the bustling heart of downtown filled with a vibrant restaurant scene, local clothing boutiques, street art, and more. Cambridge, Massachusetts
Located on the Charles river and overlooking the Museum of Science, our Cambridge office is home to most of our U.S. office-based staff. With 360-degree views of the city, the focal point of our new multi-campus U.S. headquarters is an iconic glass-paned structure featuring a steel and glass-cut waterfall cascading down the front of the building. Denver, Colorado

  • You will use superior communication skills and timely responsiveness in this highly visible position within our company.
  • Work mostly through phone and email communication, to serve as the primary resource of information and problem solving for our host families, au pairs, Local Childcare Consultants (LCCs) and colleagues.
  • Work to ensure our program remains compliant with the regulations set forth by the Department of State and ensure our host families uphold their financial responsibilities of the program.
  • With every inquiry, you proactively add value to the overall customer experience by remaining positive and thorough, taking ownership of resolution, and anticipating their future needs.

This includes but is not limited to being able to speak to a family about a past due balance, an au pair who needs help with a missed flight or a colleague regarding Department of State regulations that pertain to our program.

Vice President of Marketing
Cambridge-Two Education Circle
Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Marketing to lead our global marketing team split between Boston and Zurich. This role requires a strong people leader who can inspire and develop a cross functional team made up of approximately 25 creatives and digital marketers while executing strategic marketing initiatives. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving business growth and overall success in achieving quarterly and annual goals and objectives.  As a key member of the senior global leadership team, the Vice President of Marketing will play a critical role in ensuring our short term and long-term success as the industry leader and shaping the future of Cultural Care Au Pair. Communication and collaboration across departments with various stakeholders will be a key component to the position. International business experience and working with a set budget will help one thrive in this position. Reporting into our Executive Vice President based in our Boston office and the Senior Vice President of Au Pair Recruitment based in Zurich, this role requires the ability to travel frequently between our two hub offices. One week per month will be spent with the team based outside the US. Quarterly visits to one of our 20+ markets is expected. These travel opportunities provide valuable insight in the overall health of the teams and insight on initiatives and challenges. This marketing leader thrives in a fast paced and fun environment which requires one to roll up their sleeves and work collectively with a team of innovative and entrepreneurial thinkers. You instill a sense of purpose to the team’s you lead.   Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: oversee a global marketing team responsible for various marketing functions, including communications, content creation, digital marketing, and design. Manage 4-5 direct reports.
  • Drive Global Marketing Strategy: drive and support marketing plans across 20+ countries.
  • Foster & Promote Collaboration: communicate across teams and departments to ensure initiatives are aligned and help achieve key results.
  • Adapt & lead through Digital Transformation: manage team through change while supporting and stabilizing the organization.
  • Own Budget management: propose, implement and maintain budget parameters for all marketing and team initiatives.

Requirements: 
  • Combination of international business experience and digital marketing experience is a must.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4). Salesforce marketing cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including monthly to Zurich and quarterly visits to recruitment offices.

Copywriter
Cambridge-Two Education Circle
We’re looking for a versatile, seasoned copywriter to join our fun, supportive and passionate team in Boston. Help us on our mission to grow a community of global families who change the world!  In this role, you’ll embrace the unique challenge of speaking to two very different audiences: 18-26 year-olds in 25+ countries worldwide and working parents in the U.S. We’ll look to you for compelling copy that motivates young people to take a huge step outside of their comfort zone to join a new family for a year or more in a foreign country. You’ll also help American families better understand the concept of hosting an au pair and the value our program provides.

You’ll help refine our company voice to better reflect our brand personality and use your attention to detail to ensure our messaging complies with the important legal framework of our program. You will also drive brand consistency across all company channels and communications.You’ll write copy for everything and anything including websites, Instagram and TikTok ads, landing pages, social channels, emails, blogs, videos and press releases.

To do all of this, you’ll collaborate closely with members of the Marketing team as well other Cultural Care staff in the U.S. and beyond. You’ll also proactively network with our program participants to learn first-hand about their experiences.Your qualifications: 
  • At least 3+ years copywriting experience (digital + print)
  • Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
  • Extraordinary command of language and an eagle-eyed approach to proofreading
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Positivity and open-mindedness
  • Good communication skills
  • Collaborative spirit as well as the ability to work independently with little direction when needed
  • Openness to constructive feedback and a desire to constantly improve
  • Curiosity about the motivations and needs of our program participants
