The Marketing Automation Specialist is a dynamic and fast paced position which reports into the Senior Director of Marketing.  Cultural Care is looking for a teammate who is strategic, analytical, organized and a strong communicator to optimize and enhance our communication plans and drive conversion through the marketing funnel. You’ll collaborate with a passionate and dedicated team of marketing and creative professionals within a mission-driven, global organization.   
The role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing and automation, with proven experience in managing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing automation platform and strategy to maximize the impact of our communications. 
What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing automation strategies to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and increase conversions across various stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our email marketing automation platform, including campaign setup, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to develop targeted email campaigns that align with business objectives and messaging priorities.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and email journeys based on customer behavior, preferences, and segmentation criteria.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and goal achievement, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, calls-to-action, and other elements to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of email performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive continuous optimization.
  • Maintain email marketing compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices to ensure data privacy and deliverability.
Who you are:
  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on email automation and lifecycle marketing
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work with database queries to create accurate audience segmentation – experience working with Salesforce is a plus!
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.

Marketing Specialist
Cambridge-Two Education Circle
Based out of our Cambridge, MA office the Marketing Specialist is a dynamic and fast paced position which reports into the Senior Director of Marketing.  Cultural Care is looking for a teammate who sits at the crossroads of marketing and sales.  If you are strategic, organized and a strong communicator, this could be the position for you—especially if you thrive working with diverse teams of people and want to build professional skills and relationships across a mission-driven, global organization.   The role: Working with the Sales Manager team and a population of hundreds of independent contractors, you’ll be tasked with helping them to promote the Cultural Care brand and the au pair program across the country.  Using both digital and off-line marketing tools and tactics, you’ll help develop field marketing plans, digital content and print collateral to drive sales through the Local Childcare Consultant (LCC) community. You’ll host regular virtual and in-person trainings to surface and share best practices within the community and help grow this channel to meet sales targets. What you bring to the team:
  • Communication is one of your top strengths –both written and verbal.
  • You are energized by working with people and excel at keeping everyone looped in, which will come in handy as you will collaborate across departments and with hundreds of independent contractors
  • You are independent and able to prioritize your work, but also a strong team player who is willing to jump in wherever you’re needed.
  • You’re a quick learner when it comes to new platforms and tools to improve efficiency
 Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to drive growth in sales from the Local Childcare Consultant (LCC) community
  • Developing and implementing a local PR strategy to drive awareness, positive brand reputation and interest in the au pair program
  • Working with Sales team to reach and exceed LCC lead acquisition goals and conversion rates
  • Attending Sales Manager meetings and conducting monthly marketing trainings
  • Managing and sending Newsletters and other communications as needed
  • Developing and distributing monthly Social Media Kits
  • Monitoring and amplifying Consultant marketing activities for best practices
  • Developing and maintaining offline marketing tools and resources for LCCs
  • Managing LCC advertising and collateral requests
  • Proposing A/B tests and enhancements to the LCC web page to optimize conversion
  • Creating and updating LCC email templates as needed
Qualifications:
  • You have 3-5 years of experience creating, presenting and executing marketing strategies.
  • People want to listen when you talk and want to read what you write.
  • You are great at juggling multiple projects for a variety of stakeholders
  • You love figuring out how technology can help you do what you do better.
  • Experience with Public Relations or Media Relations is a bonus.
  • Bonus points for experience with a CMS, social media, email marketing tools, and familiarity with HTML.
