About the role Cultural Care Au Pair, an innovative provider of childcare you can trust like family, is seeking dedicated educators to deliver our State Department mandated curriculum focused on child development and safety. Teaching or professional training experience required.Experience with childcare.Easily adaptable to changing situations; having a “nothing is impossible” attitude.Exceptional, professional and friendly communication skills with students and colleagues.Knowledge of a second language or ESL is a plus, but not required. 
Schedule and CompensationApproximately 20 hours per week.Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Frequency can vary from one per month to almost every week in our peak months.

About the role We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help us to deliver salesforce related services to our staff. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Salesforce as a developer, a passion for teamwork, an ability to continuously deliver support services and seamlessly work across departments to execute projects. The RoleThe ultimate goal of the Customer Experience Coordinator will be to ensure that each au pair at our school feels safe and supported and is having fun. This is done through planning small and large events, community involvement, vendor relations and customer support. The perfect candidate will be the ultimate go getter that has a genuine interest in creating an exceptional customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesImplement creative programs, events and enhancements throughout the building to create community, connection, and belonging in the school.Market and promote weekly events to au pairs and the community utilizing a combination of in-person creative techniques, technology and marketing collateral with an ultimate goal of building relationships and fostering support.Respond to and document  crisis, health and counseling related issues for au pairs. In this role you will collaborate with colleagues to provide support during some of the most challenging times.  With a heavy emphasis on conflict resolution and mediation, you will focus on coaching families and au pairs on effective skills to be successful on the program.

You will listen to their (sometimes short, sometimes long) list of criteria, and guide them through this very important decision, which will directly affect their lives over the next year or more. You will talk to parents every day about their families, their schedules, their personalities, and their hopes for an amazing cultural exchange experience. You will play an integral role in supporting extension au pairs as they search for their future host family. In this customer facing position, you will be responsible for inspiring au pairs to be open-minded as they consider potential host families, and for consulting with them to help them find a family that will be the best fit for them. You will use strategic outreach to manage your pipeline and provide consistent support for all au pairs in your pipeline. You love to share your ideas and are always thinking about how to do things faster and better.
