Our Austin office is located near the bustling heart of downtown filled with a vibrant restaurant scene, local clothing boutiques, street art, and more. The open office concept embraces the free spirit of Austin with a “rodeo” flowing layout. Enjoy outdoor disc golf, volleyball, soccer, and pools in nearby local parks, or walk to Lady Bird Lake for scenic walking, running, bike trails, and kayak & paddle board rentals.
Cambridge, Massachusetts
Located on the Charles river and overlooking the Museum of Science, our Cambridge office is home to most of our U.S. office-based staff. With 360-degree views of the city, the focal point of our new multi-campus U.S. headquarters is an iconic glass-paned structure featuring a steel and glass-cut waterfall cascading down the front of the building. Employees benefit from an on-site café and bar as well as a discounted fitness studio with machines, classes, and a rock wall!
Denver, Colorado

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, supporting and executing Cultural Care’s social media strategy. As our in-house social media expert, you will oversee our core brand accounts as well as our localized accounts for our regional sales offices. This Social Media Manager will demonstrate an ability to manage projects (with others and independently), provide strategy, train staff on best practices, and also get in the weeds to draft content, social community management, and create analytics reporting.

What you'll do:

  • Manage brand accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze local social media performances and advise local teams across the globe regularly
  • Collaborate with our internal marketing and creative teams to develop effective brand campaigns and integrate social media in our business strategies
  • Stay up to date with social media best practices, with a persistent eye on new channels and competitor techniques


Who you are:

  • 3-5 years social media marketing experience (only candidates with demonstrated social media marketing experience will be considered)
  • Experience utilizing all social media platforms and knowledge of social media analytics
  • Proven history of developing creative social media marketing campaigns from start to finish, plus data analysis and reporting
  • ·You find it easy to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural team environment
  • You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization

The Opportunity 

Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Program Education Manager who will directly oversee a team of program consultants (our inside sales team) who work on qualifying and educating prospective new host families and are focused on repeat family registration. As the Manager you will be one of the sales experts within Cultural Care Au Pair and lead the way in creating a top-notch sales organization and consultative culture. We are looking for someone to collaborate across sales, marketing, and technology teams to help create a positive host family onboarding experience and set us up for future growth. You’ll have a hand in creating and delivering sales content, hiring, and onboarding new staff, and contributing to the momentum and overall success of the sales team!  A job well done will be evident in increased host family interest in the program, increased conversion rates on leads and opportunities (for both new and repeat families), staff development, and team success.  

 

The Program Education Manager role will report to the Director of Sales at Cultural Care Au Pair. In this role, the manager will be exposed to skills and tools needed to manage a team as a future director and will collaborate with the Director of Sales and Vice President of Sales on goal setting, strategy, training and development.

 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead by example: In this role, you will carry a small pipeline of host family leads so you can stay close to the customer and lead by example.
  • Team leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support a team of Program Consultants to ensure they meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
  • Training and development: Implement and execute training programs to equip the team with the knowledge and skills required to effectively qualify and educate prospective host families about the au pair program.
  • Performance monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate team members’ performance providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Goal setting: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to set clear and achievable sales targets and motivate the team to work towards new and repeat goals.
  • Sales strategy: Work closely with the Director of Sales to create and refine strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall goals and KPI’s.
  • Process improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the sales team and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality: Balance driving the team towards sales goals while also bringing on qualified host families who have the right spirit of the program.
  • Customer focus: Navigate difficult conversations and coach the team to provide the same level of exceptional service.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, matching and sales managers to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Conversion: Develop and execute a strong strategy in collaboration with the Marketing team to maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Competition: Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and our value compared to the competition.
