Register using promotion code PCSpring24 to receive a registration fee waiver to save $75 and save $1,000 off your program fee! To qualify for this offer, your family must be new to Cultural Care Au Pair, register between April 1 and April 30, 2024, match with an au pair by May 31, 2024, and welcome an au pair for a term of at least 30 childcare weeks by September 27, 2024. Families must use code PCSpring24 during registration for savings. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers and cannot be applied retroactively.
To qualify for the Make the Switch discount, families must be new to Cultural Care Au Pair. New host families can enter the promotion code PCSwitch at registration, and a $75 registration fee waiver will automatically be added. Proof of payment and hosting history from another au pair agency must be shown. A deposit to another agency without hosting will not suffice. Hosting history can be from any time period and for any length. Families must match with Cultural Care Au Pair between 2/1/2024 – 12/31/24, and the hosting term must be at least 26 weeks. This discount may only be combined with the host family referral discount, and no other discounts.
Cultural Care Au Pair is proud to support our military and first responders. This means host parents who serve as firefighters, law enforcement, Emergency Medical Services as well as active or veteran military members, will save $1,000 off their program fee and have their registration fee of $75 waived when they host with us for the first time. Families must apply using code PCMilitary when registering. To be eligible for the Cultural Care military and first responder discount, families must provide proof of service or employment, be new to Cultural Care, and must host for a term of at least 30 weeks. Discount cannot be combined with other offers.
Cultural Care Au Pair offers an employee benefit program and discount through a number of companies and organizations. To find out if your employer or organization participates in our corporate program, please check with your HR team.
Families who re-apply to host another Cultural Care au pair are entitled to a $75 registration fee waiver and a reduced program fee of $9,295. Families who apply early enough can earn up to an additional $350 early matching bonus. For your early matching bonus deadlines, log in to your host family account. Other terms and conditions apply. No promotion code necessary; discounts are applied automatically.
Host families who plan to host an au pair for a minimum of 44 weeks are eligible for an extended payment plan. Please contact our office at 1-800-333-6056 to learn more about the four installments and deadlines. Please note, this payment plan only accepts electronic check.
Families who extend with their current au pair are entitled to a $75 registration fee waiver, $450 processing fee waiver and program fee savings as outlined below. To qualify for the reduced program fees, a family must extend with their current au pair. Program fees for extending with your au pair are as follows:

Families who find their own future au pair are entitled to a $300 program fee discount. The candidate must be new to Cultural Care, meet Cultural Care’s screening requirements, and must successfully complete the Screening & Orientation Day in their appropriate recruitment country. No promotion code necessary: savings will be applied upon approval of candidate.
We encourage you to spread the word and refer families you know who may benefit from our au pair childcare program. For each friend you refer who welcomes an au pair with our program, your family will receive a $250 referral bonus! Referred families must be new to Cultural Care. Au pairs are considered eligible expenses under the dependent Flex Spending Account (FSA) so ask your employer if they offer a dependent care FSA option. Additionally, you may be able to take advantage of the dependent care tax credit. See Child and dependent care information for more information.
